The profit from these Stollen is being donated to support Fredrick, a young man in Kenya we have sponsored for many years, as he graduates from high school with the goal of breaking his family cycle of poverty. Thank you for your support!
Stollen is commonly known as Dresden Stollen or Christstollen.
We use quality Australian flour from Laucke Flour Mills and premium dried Australian fruits and almonds.
We recommend 'aging' (not eating) the stollen until Christmas. But enjoy whenever you prefer: fresh or aged into the new year and beyond.
STORAGE: stollen keeps exceptionally well wrapped in aluminium foil at room temperature or in the fridge. The flavour and texture develops as it 'ages'.
It also freezes well for longer keeping in an airtight container or bag. Allow to come to room temperature before eating for a softer texture.
