Shipping policy
ORDERS DISPATCH We dispatch orders once weekly only, generally Mondays.
FREE ADELAIDE COLLECTION is available at our Morphett Vale home business *by appointment only* (choose "pick-up" option during checkout). Availability varies, however collections are usually available Mondays and Friday + occasionally Saturdays.
ADELAIDE/SA SHIPPING ZONE see the link here for our courier to confirm if your outer/regional suburb and town is included. Authority to Leave (ATL) is required.
AUSTRALIA-WIDE SHIPPING cost is automatically calculated when you enter your shipping address. We are glad to check alternate courier options for larger orders (2+ bags). Buying in bulk often saves on overall shipping costs.
Pricing variations: by placing an order you agree to the shipping cost. Occasionally we may be able to ship at a lower cost with an alternative courier service. We reserve the right to refund a portion at our discretion only. Shipping is a complex process, so the website costing is automated.
AUTHORITY TO LEAVE By placing an order you grant “authority to leave” in a safe place where possible. If the courier cannot leave in a safe place - at the couriers discretion - you accept responsibility for any re-delivery costs if applicable. Couriers do not enter closed gated properties.
Please contact us before ordering if you do not wish to give authority to leave or have a specific delivery needs.

Adelaide metro/outer: 1-5 business days.
Australia Metro: up to 2-14 business days
Australia regional: up to 21 business days
Delivery time frames are given as a guide only. Once the order leaves our warehouse we cannot control how quickly it gets to you. Shipping and couriers are currently experiencing delayed delivery times due to volume of freight. Please contact us for any urgent or time sensitive requirements. Express shipping costs will apply.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY We aim to have stock available for orders, however due to unexpected demand we may run out of specific items. To keep ingredients as fresh as possible we do not keep large volumes in stock.
Please contact us to clarify when product will be available again and/or to pre-order to reserve what you are after. We also may have it in stock but the website hasn't been updated.
ENVIRONMENT All cardboard and paper packaging can be reused or recycled. We use single use plastic when it's the best option to keep goods safe. To minimise waste we try to re-use boxes and packaging materials.
RETURNS We do not offer returns for change of mind, even if unopened. If there is an issue with your package please contact us immediately and take clear photographic evidence. Do not use ingredients or tools unless advised to do so.
