The spiced fruits & oats sourdough loaf is our gourmet version of classic raisin toast breads. This loaf is a wholesome fruit-filled sourdough bread with fragrant spices and a roasted Australian rolled oats crust. The dough is naturally fermented (wild yeast and bacteria) over a couple of days, gently hand-shaped and baked in our special "toaster friendly" loaf pans.
Our special blend of quality Australian flours includes Laucke Flour Mills wholemeal flour and high protein wheat flours. We do not add commercial yeast or artificial preservatives and our unique blend of dried fruits have no added sulfur.
A perfect bread to eat fresh or sliced thick, toasted and enjoyed crisp and warm.
INGREDIENTS: wheaten flour (contains folic acid, thiamine), wholemeal wheat flour, water, dried fruits (sultanas, currants, dates (contains vegetable oil), rolled oats, iodised sea salt, spices (cassia cinnamon, coriander, ginger, nutmeg, cloves)
