Hot Cross [yeast] Buns (various class dates)

Learn to make soft, spiced, fruit Hot Cross Buns and take the batch you make home to share with family and friends!

Like all our classes, this class is designed for you to able to replicate the result in your home kitchen. High quality baked goods, homemade. 

CLASS LOCATION: Morphett Vale, South Australia.

CLASS SIZE: maximum 6 students.

This fun class includes:

• full printed recipe + electronic PDF copy
• complete hands-on experience from start to finish
• your dozen delicious handmade fruit buns to take home
• demonstration (recipe provided) and tasting of decadent chocolate-chip Hot Cross Buns

We use high quality Australian dried fruits for our Hot Cross Buns.

For those wondering, we don't use mixed peel in the class, but it can certainly be added if you desire when you bake at home. 

This class is vegan friendly!
