Stollen is commonly known as Dresden Stollen or Christstollen.

We use quality Australian flour from Laucke Flour Mills and premium dried Australian fruits and almonds.

We recommend 'aging' (not eating) the stollen until Christmas. But enjoy whenever you prefer: fresh or aged into the new year and beyond.

STORAGE: stollen keeps exceptionally well wrapped in aluminium foil at room temperature or in the fridge. The flavour and texture develops as it 'ages'.
It also freezes well for longer keeping in an airtight container or bag. Allow to come to room temperature before eating for a softer texture.

INGREDIENTS: wheaten flour (contains folic acid, thiamine), plant-based butter (organic coconut oil, filtered water, cold-filtered rice bran oil, sea salt, soy lecithin, organic hemp, annatto), natural sultanas, currants (contains vegetable oil), water, almonds, cane sugar, tapioca starch, bakers yeast, iodised salt, lemon, orange, cassia cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, nutmeg, allspice.

ALLERGEN INFORMATION: contains gluten, almonds (tree nuts) wheat, soy
(whilst due care is taken, our kitchen may have present: peanuts, sesame seeds)

VEGAN FRIENDLY: our special vegan friendly stollen recipe uses premium plant-based butter (not margarine) by The Vegan Dairy (Victoria, Australia).
