Our rustic roast potato rosemary barley sourdough loaf is a delicious savoury loaf to complement your toasted sandwich, soup, or a fresh lunch or dinner meal.
We combine freshly roasted potato pieces, toasted organic barley grains and hand-picked rosemary from our garden with our award-winning sourdough base dough.
Each loaf is hand-shaped, coated in barley flakes, slowly fermented (wild yeast and bacteria) over a couple of days and baked in a stone-based oven for a delicious crust with a fragrant, tender crumb loaded with potato chunks and the toasty crunch of barley.
We are proud to use quality Australian wheat flours from Laucke Flour Mills and organic grains from Four Leaf Milling. We do not add commercial yeast or artificial preservatives.
