Our wholesome artisan pizza bases combine freshly roasted sweet potato and Laucke Flour Mills high-protein stoneground wholemeal wheat flour for delicious, simple and nutritious home-made pizza or other flatbread to complement your meal.
The unique dough is slowly fermented overnight, carefully rolled by hand, and gently baked in our stone-based oven. These flat breads are baked very lightly (par-baked) - perfect to be topped at home and served fresh and hot from your oven.
We use freshly ground brown rice flour for "dusting the bench" while rolling to reduce unfermented wheat flour.
