Please carefully read the below information - it is important because we want to ensure you get the bread we have carefully crafted for you safely, efficiently, hygienically and in excellent condition. Please feel free to contact us with any questions.
Important Information: due to the logistics of collections and deliveries, by placing an order you grant us, our representative or courier service provider "authority to leave" your order at our front door, your front door/office, or a safe place clearly noted by you.

How it Works: we (or our representative) will arrive to your home or business address as you have specified in your order.
For residential addresses: we will ring the door bell once and knock. If no answer is received in a short time, we will carefully leave your order at the front door (or safe location specified by you in the "notes" when placing your order).
For business addresses: we will enter the property and go to the reception/office area. Orders will be given to the company representative present. Please make alternative arrangements to collect your order if you need to leave the office before the specified delivery window.
If you know you will not be home or the office unattended, a clearly labelled box or container at the front door, or other safe place as noted by you, would be great to ensure your order is safe for your later collection.
We reserve the right to not enter a property (front, side or back) or leave your order where any risk or potential risk is perceived by us or our delivery representative. This includes but is not limited to: animals (visible or unseen); obscured street view of property and uncertain safe passage to front door/office; unhygienic location or excessively exposed to weather; potential order tampering due to exposed location.
If we do not leave your order we will attempt to call once and leave a message if voicemail is provided. It will be your responsibility to collect the order, by arrangement, or forfeit the order. To ensure food safety, orders will only be stored for 24 hours.
If you believe your order has been tampered with or contaminated, please contact us ASAP, take photographic evidence, and do not consume the product until further discussion. Your safety is our priority.
CANCELATION POLICY/UNCOLLECTED ORDERS
We operate a no refund/no credit policy on orders.
Orders are limited in number and everyone misses out when orders are cancelled.
We do not accept responsibility for orders forgotten outside, forgotten at the office, or cancelled due to changes in personal circumstances.
If you cannot eat or pick-up your order, we would request you find a friend, neighbour or colleague to enjoy the food.
If orders are not collected we will find someone to enjoy the food. We cannot hold orders, unless pre-arranged. Thank you for your understanding.
