Payment in full is required to confirm position in the class. Your place in the class is only secured and will be confirmed upon payment being received.

Registration/Cancellation Policy & Agreement
All classes are non-refundable. In the event that you cannot attend last minute due to unexpected circumstances, you are encouraged to send someone in your place if a minimum of 2 days notice is given (please inform email@example.com or 0406 742 832 ASAP). If you are registered for a class and need to cancel, an email of cancellation must be received by Baker’s Treat at least 7 days prior to the date of the scheduled class to receive credit towards a future class. In the event that a class is cancelled due to insufficient enrolments, students will be notified by email at least 10 business days before the scheduled start of a cancelled class. In this case, students will receive a full refund of their payment.
Release From Indemnity
Baking, just like carrying out any other activity in any type of kitchen environment, poses risks and presents hazards. This includes but is not limited to food allergens which may be present. Participation in a Baker’s Treat class involves inherent risks that cannot be completely removed, even with reasonable care. By registering for or attending a baking class, you accept the responsibility for these risks and agree to indemnify and release Baker’s Treat, its owner, assistants and contractors, from any liability arising from direct or indirect damages and/or injuries.
